Super comfortable and fully furnished apartment. Positive: The apartment is big , comfortable and fully furnished. Negative: We spent around 20 min trying to find the correct gate . A security guy needs to go downstairs to open the parking. If there’s no coordination it’s impossible to access the apartment.

poor experience Positive: Quite silent (if no maintenance team visits are required as it was for our stay) Negative: It’s slightly dirty and dusty, the sofa has stains; smoke detectors are taped off in the room and kitchen; The air conditioner didn't work when we arrived, the temperature was 28 deg Celsius, the hostess came 40 minutes later to fix it. The curtain in the living room had partially fallen off and was only fixed the next day. The balcony door cannot be opened and closed easily; the maintenance team worked on it, but it was still impossible to operate it. We were asked to pay extra for the pet stay, although this was not stated at the beginning of the reservation
